More durability, less weight and superior performance – the Husqvarna X-Force guide bars have been developed together with the X-Cut chains to get the best possible performance out of your Husqvarna chainsaw. The nose with 9-teeth sprocket and 4 rivets, and the bearing system with supporting shields and 21 bearings makes the durability as high as possible. Smooth, optimized profile and cutouts in the centre plate inside improves the efficiency and reduces the weight, without losing rigidity or performance. Improved lubrication and optimized welding for improved stiffness also help provide minimum downtime and maximum results.
X-Precision Laminated bar
Precise and narrow bar for pruning and felling
The gentle curve and small nose radius reduce the risk of kickback and facilitate smooth and good cutting control. Nose with 8 teeth sprocket and one rivet. Bars are coated to protect against scratches and corrosion.
X-TOUGH Solid bar
Rigid and durable solid steel bar with Replaceable Sprocket Nose
Husqvarna X-TOUGH RSN (Replaceable Sprocket Nose) bars are our toughest sprocket nose bars. Thanks to the design, characterized by a solid steel body with increased rail hardness and the optimized oil hole, the maintenance effort is reduced, and high productivity can be achieved. The load is transferred to the high-quality roller bearing with supporting shields, resulting in less friction and prolonged lifetime. The robust and patented RSN shape and the triple-rivet mount offers high durability and makes the bar less sensitive to abuse. Replacement tip is available as a spare part.
X-TOUGH LIGHT Solid bar
Durable and lightweight bar with Replaceable Sprocket Nose
Husqvarna X-TOUGH LIGHT RSN bars are light weight, easy to manoeuvre, yet durable bars, designed for tough conditions and for long working days. The RSN mount with 3 rivets and a tight fit make the tip robust while the RSN nose and oil hole design reduce both friction and fuel consumption. The bars are coated to protect against scratches and corrosion. Replaceable tip is available as a spare part. Available in 3 /8" (20–36").
