WEEE REGULATIONS (Reg No. DDLR-0007-08)
The Prices of Electrical appliances on this Site include a contribution to a Product Recycling Fund to ensure that waste electrical and electronic equipment is collected and recycled in a responsible manner. When purchasing a new electric Lawnmower customers can leave their old electric lawnmower in store for recycling. Where an item is being delivered, we will remove a similar old Lawnmower for recycling provided it is disconnected, clean, and ready for the driver at the time of delivery.

How quickly do you ship within Ireland?

On average we will ship your item within 1-2 working days. You should receive your item between 3-5 working days. This can vary depending on seasonal courier traffic, and also covid restrictions. If there has been any delay in the shipping of your item, we will contact you directly and let you know what the current situation is. Bulky Items may take slightly longer as they are shipped on pallets by haulage companies. If your delivery address is within our delivery range, we will personally deliver your items and give you a full demonstration upon delivery. If this is a request you would like, please call us on 01-8256282 and we can arrange this over the phone.

Do I get warranty when I buy online?

Yes, we give full warranty on all products sold online. Warranty terms vary per brand, but there is a minimum of 1 year warranty with every product purchased online. Some brands such as Husqvarna, and Honda give 2 years full warranty, Cub Cadet with 3 years and Echo offer a 5 year domestic warranty. (T&Cs apply)

What’s your return policy?

Returns Policy At Fairyhouse Forest & Garden we are, of course, very happy each time you wish to order goods from us. Occasionally, though, we know that you may want to return items to us, so below is our Returns Policy.

Return of all Items We accept the return of items only if they are in their original condition. To return an item to us you must telephone us within 7 days of their delivery to inform us of your intention to do so. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days of delivery to you, we will issue a refund to you for the price you paid for the item less the cost of transporting the goods to you and less any other charges we have incurred in fulfilling your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Defective Items You may always return items to us if they are defective. Please note that we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. In the case of a defective product, when returning an item please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item to us in its original packaging together with all warranty documents, manuals and accessories. For your protection we would recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery Service. Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Cancelling an Item Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel the Contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. To cancel the Contract please package the relevant item securely and mark the package “Contract Cancellation” and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is our normal business address, which is Fairyhouse Forest & Garden, Fairyhouse Road Ratoath. Co Meath.
